8. Do Odd Jobs

If you have no skills and need some easy cash then you should consider odd jobs. OK - this is work and may not be that easy, but for a bit of 

effort you can make some good cash.

How about door knocking around your streets and asking if people need odd jobs completed?

If you don't want to doorknock, then get some paper and use your computer to create a flyer. State what you will do for cash. Go to your 

local photocopy place and run off 200 copies.

Then go around and put these in letterboxes in your neighborhood. You should be able to pick up some good work doing this.

You could offer to;

Trim Trees

Trimming small to medium trees is pretty easy work. If you have a saw, chainsaw or handsaw and a trailer then you are set.

Clean Pools

If you know a bit about pools or have had one before then you will know what is required to look after one. You could offer your services to 

clean people's pools and then as you get to know them on a regular basis offer to look after the pool equipment and associated pumps.

Walk Dogs 

Lots of people don't have time to take their dogs out. All you need to do is do a letterbox drop with your details on a flyer and offer to 

walk dogs. Charge a cheap rate at first to get a list of regular customers and then slowly increase the price as you build up demand.

This is a great job as you get to keep fit at the same time.

Remove Trash or Rubbish

As everyone gets very busy you could offer to remove their old trash or rubbish that has accumulated around people's homes. This could be 

anything from old timber through to bits and pieces left lying about for years.

Offer to remove it for a small fee and don't forget to charge for the tipping fees if your local Council charges you to dump rubbish at your 

local recycling station.

Rake Leaves

What season is it where you live? If it is autumn or winter you could offer to rake up fallen leaves or shovel snow if you live where it 

snows. These sorts of jobs will get you fit and you will be able to fill your pockets with cash.

Clean Houses 

Door Knock and see if people need their houses 

cleaning inside or outside.

Clean Driveways 

Clean driveways with a High pressure water sprayer. Don't have one? Hire one.

Clean Barbeques. 

Everyone has a Barbeque right! Door knock and see if people want their Barbeque cleaned. Most people don't like cleaning their barbeques as 

they are so greasy. I am not talking about just a wipe over - but a full clean.

Mow lawns

Anyone can do this ! Buy a mower from a garage sale. Knock on doors around your neighborhood. Offer to mow peoples lawn.
